A true showing of the power of pre-engineered panelized construction!! The new Neuroscience and Orthopedic Tower expansion on the Menorah Medical Center campus was assembled with Dryvit Outsulite Panels with a custom color Terraneo finish matched to existing precast panels on the campus that are also used on the first floor of the addition. Project designed by powerhouse architecture firm Perkins & Will, built by General Contractor Layton Construction and Dryvit panels assembled and installed by longterm ABS customer and partner, Eliason & Knuth of Kansas City. Panels were assembled in a warehouse roughly 10 miles from the jobsite, trucked on site and craned into place. We were lucky to have been a part of the project and to be able to promote it with the above project spotlight video.
