400 Broadway Medical Building - Saint Luke’s Health System - Plaza Campus

Completed in 2018, the new 4400 Broadway Medical Building was an exterior renovation of an existing brick building on the Saint Lukes Plaza Campus. Designed by local architectural firm TreanorHL, built by local General Contractor David E Ross Construction and Dryvit Outsulation X system installed by Exterior Wall Specialists, this is locally made project through and through.

Exterior cladding products of Dryvit’s Outsulation X system and Nichiha’s Kurastone rainscreen system were chosen for the lightweight performance the claddings could offer the project as well as the overall look that they could create. In fact, this building was the largest installation of Nichiha Kurastone in the United States when it was built. Those products combined with prefabricated trims and bands from ABS give this entire building a smooth, sleek look, with the towers of Kurastone and a building that Saint Luke’s, and all involved, can be proud of.
