The Berkley Riverfront Apartments is one of the largest jobs that ABS has ever supplied and is undoubetly the largest install of Nichiha Fiber Cement rainscreen panels in town. Owned and operated by Flaherty & Collins Properties, built by MW Builders and Nichiha installed by BAM Contracting. This project boasts nearly 50,000 sq ft of Nichiha panels, 25,000 on each of two buildings. Custom color blend of Illumination panels and accented Vintage Wood Cedar. This is one to be proud of.
